Sweden does prosecute people who transfer money to the Islamic State. 
The first person convicted of affiliation with a terrorist organization
was charged in February, now his friend has just been charged with
a 8000 kronor donation to IS. 
June 1, 2023 a law was passed to charge people who actions are "strengthening,
promoting or supporting" a terrorist organization.
